The Positive Behavior Support Specialist designs, develops and delivers Positive Behavior Support Plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
You will develop person-centered plans helping clients improve their quality of life by changing conditions that lead to the target behavior. You will be supporting clients in learning new skills- and teaching staff how to support clients to build upon individual interests and strengths.

Shifts
: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (Part time)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years related experience
- Must have Long Term Care Worker (AKA: 75hr) certification before hire
- Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
- Must have a clear driving record
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social services, or closely allied field
- Prior experience working with individuals with dual diagnosis and intellectual disabilities
- Experience with Excel and data entry
