We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role located in Olympia, WA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical conditions requiring rehabilitation to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility. Daily responsibilities will include creating customized treatment plans, performing therapy sessions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintaining a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care is essential.

• Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Strong background in Medicine and Patient Care principles
• Experience with Home Care services and planning tailored treatment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and teamwork
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical, on-site setting
• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation services is beneficial
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
