Schedule:

Full-Time | Exempt. Hiring Range: $77,000.00 - $ per year. Position Open Until Filled.

We are currently looking for an experienced Counselor to serve youth, adults, and families within our tribal and surrounding communities.

This is more than a job – it’s a calling to walk alongside others on their healing journey through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.

• Provide comprehensive assessments and culturally sensitive counseling to individuals, families, and groups
• Support clients experiencing mental health challenges, including those at risk of suicide, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT
• Serve as a trusted crisis responder and participate in outreach efforts
• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, written in their own voice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic wellness
• Engage in community prevention and education initiatives

• Master’s degree in human services or behavioral health field
• WA State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist (associate or full license depending on level)
• At least one year of experience (post-graduate/post-internship) providing direct counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
