The Quality Assurance Specialist will verify the quality of the services provided and compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations in programs across Dungarvin Inc, including Supported Living services, Developmental Disability Agency (DDA) services, developmental and behavioral services, and employment services. Assist with strategic planning, policy/systems/forms maintenance and development, and program assessments.
What You Get To DoIn this role, you will ensure high-quality support services, conduct assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple program areas.
Qualifications- 3 years of experience working with individuals and programs for people with developmental disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preference given to applicants with a college degree in special education, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Strong commitment to the ongoing improvement of services for individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of adult training techniques and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
- Ability to travel to various program locations and work various hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
