Massachusetts Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager to develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with state and federal Medicare and Medicaid regulations for behavioral health clinical programs Oversee and audit all Medicare reporting related to behavioral health, reporting results to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed Act as the primary contact for behavioral health member and provider issues, including escalations, and develop corrective action plans for non-compliance

Required Qualifications Master's degree required LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred 5-7 years of related Medicare and/or Medicaid health insurance experience required 3-5 years of compliance experience within a regulatory framework required 2-3 years of managed care or managed behavioral healthcare experience, including data analysis and reporting processes required
