• Familiarity with MTSS and RTI processes and strategies for classroom implementation.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills to address diverse needs.
• Culturally responsive and adaptable in session planning.

• Conduct assessments for students aged 5-10.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve speech and language skills.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress digitally, maintain detailed documentation.
• Educate families on home strategies.

• Master's degree (completed or in progress).
• Washington ESA or Conditional ESA.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Clean background check.
• Knowledge of speech physiology and anatomy.
• Pay: $55-$65/hour
