Signature Healthcare at Home in Washington is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist to serve the Pierce County (Tacoma–Lakewood) area. You will deliver rehabilitative PT in patients’ homes, develop and adjust the plan of care with patients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to meet goals.
Schedule:
Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay: hourly $45–$55 based on experience, plus mileage and pay-between-patients.
