Licensed Nursing Home Administrator needed for Skilled Nursing Center in Shelton, WA for a 30-60-day Interim NHA assignment starting on or before September 14, 2026. Must have current Washington Nursing Home Administrator License.
JOB SUMMARY:Vital Care Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Washington - Preferred:
Two years' experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
