Job Description & How to Apply Below

Do you love helping people and want a job that actually makes a difference? No Worries Care is looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Home Care Aides, supporting clients right in their own homes.

HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a deal breaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us. Experience in a home, assisted living, or long-term care setting is ideal.

What you'll be doing day to day:
  • Helping clients with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
  • Giving medication reminders according to each client's care plan and HIPAA rules
  • Cooking meals and helping with nutrition based on each person's needs
  • Caring for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory-related conditions
  • Using equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers when needed
  • Keeping an eye out for changes in a client's health or behavior and reporting them to the team
  • Light housekeeping around the client's home
  • Keeping accurate notes on the care you provide
  • Getting clients involved in activities that support their well-being
  • Following safety basics like CPR, first aid, and infection control
What we're looking for:
  • Experience caring for people in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice settings
  • Attentive to changes in a client's condition or behavior
  • Hands‑on, compassionate approach to ADLs and daily care
  • Understanding of medication reminders and care plans
  • Bonus if you've worked with clients who have dementia, arthritis, or mobility issues
  • Good communicator — with clients, families, and coworkers alike
  • Physically able to help with transfers and similar tasks
  • CPR/First Aid a plus — we'll help you get trained if you're not there yet
  • Respect for HIPAA and client privacy
  • Open to working with a wide range of clients, including seniors and people with disabilities
Why caregivers like working here:
  • Start right away
  • We're hiring several caregivers at once
  • Pick your schedule — full‑time, part‑time, weekends, or overnights
  • Pay that's competitive for the area
  • You work one‑on‑one with your client, not stretched across a facility
  • An office team that actually answers when you call
  • Work that means something

Perks include 401(k) with matching, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid sick time, paid training, help with professional development, and a referral bonus program.

This is an in‑person caregiving role.
