Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for a Clinician to join our team of innovators who explore and develop new approaches and implement novel strategies. • Starting Base Salary Range: $86,611.20 - $96,345.60
• Collaborative Supervision: available

• First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
• Crisis Team Member Differential Pay: $125.00 per pay period
• Performance‑Based Pay: up to $8,000.00 per year
• Clinical Licensing Supervision
• Licensure Pay: $250.00 per pay period (twice monthly)
• Bi‑lingual Stipend (Spanish/English or other languages): $100–200 per pay period (twice monthly) Tiered based on proficiency and family needs

• The Children's Mobile Crisis Team provides a creative and innovative mobile crisis response to children and youth in mental health crisis. The crisis clinician may meet with the child and family in a hospital emergency room, community settings or in the home. A mobile crisis clinician has a flexible work schedule to ensure the crisis team's ability to respond to community crisis needs.
  
  When responding to a child in an emergency department the clinician works closely with family members and hospital staff so that the family experiences consistent and integrated care. Once all family members are ready to move forward, the clinician, youth and parent(s) develop a plan for safety and stabilization that will allow the child to safely remain in the most normative environment possible (preferably the child's own home).
• This position will be based out of the Tacoma office. It requires scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served. Services will be provided in community‑based settings and in family homes, allowing clinicians the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavioral health services while fostering creativity and meeting needs-driven work. Emphasis is on achieving significant outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them and with community services and supports to achieve long‑term safety and stability in our neighborhoods.

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree
• Knowledge of WISE (Wraparound Intensive Services) principles and practice or Crisis Response strategies preferred
