** We are looking for a
** 340B Program Coordinator
** to join our Pharmacy team! Under the direction of the Pharmacy Compliance Administrator, this position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Community Health Care's 340B Program through compliance monitoring, auditing, reporting, inventory management, and staff education. The 340B Program Coordinator ensures adherence to federal 340B regulations, develops and maintains program policies and procedures, conducts routine audits, analyzes program performance and financial impact, and identifies opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
This role works closely with Pharmacy, Finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders to promote program integrity, optimize performance, and support quality patient care.
** Essential functions (but not limited to):
** 1. Maintains and updates 340B Program policies, procedures, and compliance controls.
2. Conducts monthly and quarterly audits of contract pharmacies, inventory, prescriptions, and Medicaid claims.
3. Monitors patient eligibility, pharmacy activity, and program data to ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Provides staff education and training on 340B requirements, inventory management, and quality assurance processes.
5. Develops and maintains compliance, operational, and financial reports to monitor program performance and savings.
6. Identifies opportunities to enhance program efficiency, compliance, and financial outcomes.
7. Oversees pharmacy purchasing, inventory control, supplier relationships, and inventory audits.
8. Ensures compliance with Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requirements and pharmacy purchasing standards.
9. Monitors Third-Party Administrator (TPA) systems and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
10. Collaborates with internal departments to support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
11. Maintains 340B Program dashboards and performance metrics.
12. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, committee meetings, and other projects as assigned.
13. Performs additional duties as assigned in support of pharmacy operations and compliance objectives.## Qualifications

* Minimum requirements:

* Education:
High school diploma
* Experience:
At least 3 years of experience with the 340B Program
* Licensure:
Active WA State Pharmacy Technician License
* Certification: 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification through Apexus’s Advanced 340B Certificate Program, or completion within three months upon hiring.
