Healthcare Associate, Interpreter

I'm working with with a major law firm in DC on on an exceptional opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Healthcare Practice. This position is available in Washington DC, offering the opportunity to work with one of the premier healthcare and life sciences regulatory practices in the country.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who wants to advise leading healthcare organizations, life sciences companies, and healthcare investors on complex regulatory matters. The practice offers significant exposure to cutting-edge issues across the healthcare and life sciences industries, along with meaningful mentorship, training, and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

• Advise healthcare providers, health systems, academic medical centers, and healthcare investors on regulatory matters.
• Counsel life sciences clients on regulatory issues involving drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, dietary supplements, and related products.
• Work closely with attorneys across litigation, white collar, transactions, intellectual property, and other practice areas on complex client matters.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to clients operating throughout the healthcare ecosystem.

• Experience representing hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of FDA, HIPAA, CMS, Stark Anti-Kickback, and other healthcare regulations.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent academic credentials and references.
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in the District of Columbia.
