Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Lakewood, WA

• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Lakewood, WA
• Setting: School-Based
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 17, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Hours: 35.5 hours per week, approximately 7.25 hours per day
• Pay: $68–$78 per hour
• Age Group/Caseload: TBD, discussed during interview

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA-based interventions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills
• Train and supervise RBTs, para educators, and behavior support staff
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, families, and other members of the IEP team
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and district policies
