** Home Health Clinical Manager

** division. This role requires a
** Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) license
** and
** experience

* Medicare-certified home health agency (OASIS trained).

*** Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations
* Review referrals and manage assignments
* Oversee patient charts and clinical courses
* Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring
* Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow
* Some direct patient care and on-call duties required
** Requirements:**
* ** Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience**
* ** At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training
*** BSN degree preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Washington state license
* Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred
* Knowledge of Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
* Licensed and insured driver
