Walk through all spaces to confirm cleanliness standards have been met and readiness for guests;
Welcome and direct clients and guests arriving and manage elevator and door access;
Ensure all areas of the facility in use by the client are secure before, during and after client and guests' occupation and conduct periodic safety checks during space usage;
Perform a full lock up and building security after client departure by securing all access points;
Report any maintenance and safety concerns.
