Columbia Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Set up catering events, including tables, buffets, and beverage stations, according to client specifications and event standards;
Ensure accurate delivery and presentation of food items per the event order;
Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing as needed;
Monitor guest needs throughout the event, refilling beverages, clearing plates, and addressing special requests promptly;
Keep work area and guest dining area clean and organized
