WHATYOU'LL DO:
As the Bar & Lounge Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring guests receive excellent service in a welcoming and enjoyable environment. You will lead and support staff, manage scheduling and inventory, maintain quality and service standards, and ensure all alcohol and safety regulations are followed. This role will also focus on creating a positive guest experience, resolving concerns, and keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

NEED TO HAVE :
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a bar, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment, with a strong background in leading staff and delivering exceptional guest service. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of high-end spirits, premium liquors, wine, and cocktails, along with experience managing inventory and maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
