Concierge Assistant - Washington

We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Washington As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests assisting with their needs and inquiries and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable

• Greet guests upon arrival assist with check-incheck-out process
• Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants events and other activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits
• Assist with handling guest complaints or issues escalating as necessary
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner

• High school diploma or equivalent some college coursework preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Friendly demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of local area attractions restaurants and transportation options
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera or Marriott Rewards is an asset

Salary $900 per month
