Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our client in Tacoma on a contract assignment. Play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll for a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees

+ Administer benefits, garnishments, and deductions

+ Reconcile payroll registers and support year-end tasks

+ Respond to payroll-related queries and audit requests

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years payroll processing experience, ADP/Workday/Paychex a plus

+ In-depth knowledge of payroll rules and compliance

+ Meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
