You will advise leaders, manage employee relations, and drive engagement, performance, and compliance across multiple centers.
The role requires 7–10 years in HR with distribution/manufacturing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and SHRM credentials preferred. On-site in Tacoma with up to 25% travel.
