No Worries Care Tacoma is hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to own the Tacoma schedule. You will work in person at our Tacoma office, Monday through Friday, daytime, ensuring every client visit is covered and every caregiver knows where to be.
You will build and manage caregiver schedules in Well Sky, coordinate with recruiters and the Care Manager, and ensure EVV and authorizations are in place for smooth payroll and billing.
