As a Product Manager at Churn Zero, you will shape the future of the leading Customer Success platform used by subscription businesses worldwide. You’ll drive the discovery, definition, and delivery of product capabilities that empower customer-facing teams to grow accounts, deepen relationships, and operate with clarity.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and execution. You’ll own meaningful areas of the product, turning market learnings and customer needs into elegant, innovative solutions, including AI-powered capabilities that change how customer teams operate. You’ll collaborate deeply across UX, engineering, Customer Success, enablement, and go-to-market teams to ensure we deliver products that create measurable value for customers and differentiate Churn Zero in a competitive landscape.

Success in this role requires strong product intuition, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a passion for understanding users. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate with crisp clarity, and know how to move quickly without compromising quality.

Target Annual Salary Range
: $120,000 to $140,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop expertise in the Customer Success market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Partner with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to validate needs and shape long-term direction.
  • Translate insights into product strategy and roadmap recommendations that balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure a cohesive product portfolio by collaborating with other PMs and cross-functional leaders.
  • Review and prioritize customer, prospect, and internal feedback using structured frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a clear, data-informed roadmap that reflects Churn Zero’s product vision.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and tradeoffs to internal teams with clarity and transparency.
  • Use product analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions and guide investment decisions.
Execution & Delivery
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories that set clear expectations for design and engineering.
  • Partner closely with UX to translate concepts into intuitive, high-quality designs and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring shared context, effective iteration, and alignment on outcomes.
  • Manage competing priorities and unblock teams through structured decision-making and creative problem-solving.
  • Drive a culture of learning through rapid experimentation and customer feedback loops.
Go-to-Market Partnership & Launch Readiness
  • Work with Product Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to develop effective launch strategies.
  • Support internal teams with product training, demos, documentation, and messaging alignment.
  • Lead or co-lead beta programs, gathering insights that inform readiness and rollout.
  • Ensure that product updates are measurable, understandable, and well-positioned to drive adoption.
Customer Engagement & Impact Measurement
  • Engage directly with customers to observe usage, validate concepts, and gather feedback.
  • Partner with Customer Success to understand adoption patterns, outcomes, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Define success metrics for features, analyze performance, and iterate to increase customer value.
  • Contribute to customer communications, release notes, and thought leadership initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience building and shipping SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of customer workflows and how teams adopt and use software.
  • Proven experience partnering with engineering and UX from concept through launch.
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and/or Support is a major plus.
  • Experience with AI-driven product development or familiarity with emerging AI tooling is a plus.
