Candidates will have to manage their workload, perform under pressure, and work well with the rest of the team.
- Run programs to obtain information from client and payer systems
- Conceptualize new programs to improve operational efficiency
- Translate programming ideas into clear instructions for developers
- Prepare data-based reports for clients
- Either a BA in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science) OR relevant work experience
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Highly attentive to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem-solver
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel (must know Pivot Tables)
- Highly adept at using technology and learning new technologies
- Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Java, Python)
