Location: Tacoma, WA (Remote with monthly in-person meetings)

Salary: $20 - $25

Role: Digital Marketer

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop ad creative/messaging, analyze performance, and recommend tests.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies, report on performance.
• Support tracking and measurement using Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics.
• Partner with clients to grow website and digital presence.
• Write and publish blog/webpage content for SEO.
• Create social media content.
• Coordinate internal resources for client work.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and deliver expectations.

• 1+ year hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Strong writing/editing skills.
• 1+ year managing social media for businesses/brands.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning Word Press.

• Experience with Bing Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or other ad platforms.
• Google Ads certifications.
• Spanish proficiency.
• Experience building social content strategies.
