Data Entry Specialist

10 is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Tacoma, WA. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

This role involves pulling data from various internal applications and entering the information into a designated document. The ideal candidate will also perform quality verification on various documents to ensure internal data accuracy. This is a full‑time position requiring a commitment of 38-40 hours per week where attendance is critically important.

• Locate data within internal software applications and gather it into a centralized document
• Perform quality verification on data within internal applications and on data that has already been pulled
• Ensure all housed data is accurate based on data research
• Follow established corporate and department policies and procedures
• Cross‑train in other functional areas to maintain coverage in critical department functions, such as keying, reassociation, and data entry
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed
• Effectively cope with change, work well under pressure, and handle stress
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal partners
• Meet production and accuracy standards within 90 days of completion of training
• Works independently within scope of job function
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented production environment
• Detail‑oriented, committed to work, and able to prioritize effectively
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
  10 employees will be considered for this position

• Prior lockbox, data entry specialist, data collection or equivalent experience
• Efficient Excel experience
