Information Technology Manager

As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our company’s technology operations and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. This position requires a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual with excellent problem‑solving abilities.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our company’s technology systems
• Develop and implement strategic plans for improving technology processes and procedures
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure the security and integrity of our company’s data and information systems
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on finding efficient solutions
• Knowledge of information security protocols and best practices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical individuals
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
