Empower AI is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to provide technical assistance for computer users in Tacoma. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software problems and supporting clients in person, over the phone, and electronically.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and up to 5 years of IT experience, ideally with Public Trust Clearance. Experience with Windows/Mac support and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is desired.
Applicants should be able to work independently and effectively communicate with all staff levels.
