Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking an Epic Template Builder for a contract assignment in the Tacoma, WA area. This role will support a healthcare organization transitioning from Next Gen to Epic, focusing on template build, system support, and data entry.

  Project-based (Epic conversion support)

  Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Minimum 2 years of Epic template or content build experience
• Minimum 5 years working in an Epic environment (super user or similar role)
• Experience supporting Epic implementations or system conversions preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams

• Design and build scheduling templates in Epic for clinical and support staff
• Work with internal teams to identify template needs and timelines
• Update and adjust templates based on staffing and operational changes
• Perform manual data entry and migration tasks within Epic
• Support staff with best practices and guidance on Epic scheduling workflows
• Collaborate with IT and project teams throughout the system transition
