IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR I - BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Olympic Sports & Spine ("OSS") is looking for a full-time, experienced IT Systems Administrator I for our growing, fast-paced medical business office. Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is recognized for its fun and energetic work environment and for valuing its employees. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The IT Systems Administrator I supports OSS technology systems, business applications, workflow automation, and user adoption. This role is intended for a technically curious, solution-oriented professional who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, learning new systems, and helping clinical and administrative teams use technology effectively.
The position includes endpoint support, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform solutions, EHR application support, interfaces, reporting, testing, documentation, and user training materials. This role serves as an entry point to the System Administrator II position and is expected to grow in technical scope and independence over time.
This position works collaboratively with System Administrators, Network Administrators, EMR Analysts, and other IT team members to support technology operations as needed.
QualificationsEntry-level to early-career role for candidates with foundational IT knowledge, strong troubleshooting ability, and interest in systems, applications, automation, and business process support. Typical experience may include 0-5 years of IT support, application support, Microsoft 365 administration, business systems support, or equivalent experience.

- Assist with maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and optimizing OSS enterprise systems and endpoint reliability.
- Support workstations, printers, phones, scanners, peripherals, Microsoft 365 applications, and user access issues.
- Respond to help desk requests, document actions, escalate complex issues, and follow issues through resolution.
- Assist with cybersecurity tasks, including patching, alert monitoring, endpoint compliance, and secure system configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT staff, clinic managers, and department leaders to support reliable technology operations.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and support, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, Entra , Intune, and Purview.
- Support SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, forms, workflows, and internal business solutions.
- Collaborate on automation, workflow improvements, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, documentation, and user training using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and related tools.
- Identify repetitive or manual business processes and help design practical technology-based improvements.
- Assist with support, testing, implementation, and documentation of EHR and other clinical or administrative applications.
- Work with the EMR Systems Analyst, internal teams, and vendors to support applications, interfaces, integrations, reporting needs, and workflows.
- Participate in software testing, validation, issue tracking, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Document application configurations, interface information, technical workflows, known issues, support procedures, and end-user guidance.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization to support operational decision-making.
- Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint lists, SQL, or other reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present information.
- Create charts, process maps, diagrams, screenshots, handouts, presentations, and other visual resources that make technical information easier to understand and use.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, user guides, testing documentation, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain documentation for EMR systems, backups, software applications, Microsoft 365 solutions, network components, printers, servers, and end-user workflows.
