Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Usage & Insights to own data on how customers use the smart home ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across teams to translate telemetry and support data into actionable roadmaps and features.
You will build dashboards, enable internal AI tooling, and ensure product teams have deep data to evolve hardware and software. Hybrid Seattle-based schedule with remote start then hybrid rotation.
