• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, macOS
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
