We are seeking an Engineer I to support the ongoing enhancement, modernization, and support of our Finance technology platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the development and support of our People Soft Finance ERP environment while helping advance the organization's transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate is a collaborative developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, learning new technologies, and partnering with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

• Design, develop, implement, and support Finance technology solutions and integrations.
• Contribute to the modernization of existing applications and the migration from People Soft Finance to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Develop and support Java applications, APIs, People Soft processes, and Linux-based solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP teams, business partners, and technical stakeholders to deliver enhancements using industry best practices.
• Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Support incident resolution and service requests, ensuring timely prioritization and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance system functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Participate in a limited on‑call rotation to provide technical support and issue escalation as needed.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience with People Soft, Java, Linux, and/or Oracle Cloud ERP development.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST‑based services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting applications, identifying root causes, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting or implementing People Soft Finance ERP.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience participating in ERP modernization or migration initiatives, particularly People Soft‑to‑Oracle transformations.
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
• Linux scripting and administration experience.
• Informatica ETL experience.
• Experience developing enterprise integrations and APIs
