General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist (Apple Support) to provide expert end-user assistance for Apple iOS devices and macOS systems, including executive support and rapid problem resolution.
You will troubleshoot, configure, and manage Apple devices, support MDM tools like Jamf, Air Watch, and Intune, and educate users on best practices. 40-hour onsite role in Washington, DC area.
