About this positionThe IDB Group is looking for an active graduate student to be hired as an intern under the Consultant modality.
The 2027 Winter Internship Program is a competitive paid opportunity, based in Headquarters, for university students to learn about development work and corporate management of the Bank, and to acquire work experience at the professional level through on-the-job learning.
What you’ll doHelp develop data-driven solutions to improve portfolio monitoring and efficiency, specifically:
- Review and help improve Power BI and Tableau dashboards that provide visibility into portfolio quality and trends.
- Support the identification, mapping, and integration of key data sources to improve data accessibility, extraction, and validation.
- Support the development and maintenance of centralized portfolio monitoring dashboards that consolidate portfolio performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
- Support the mapping of key portfolio management processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Education
:
An active graduate student in computer science, data science, industrial engineering or similar from an accredited University. The graduation date should be after the Internship period. - Languages
:
Fluency in English with a working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus. - Soft Skills
