City Washington USA We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Washington As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients You will assist with the installation maintenance and repair of hardware software and network systems
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep accurate records of all support activities
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with various software applications and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Salary $1200 per month
This is a part-time position with flexible hours
