Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, project planning, and full-lifecycle execution for a government engagement focused on risk management and quality delivery, managing the project from initiation through go-live.

• Conduct discovery workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Develop project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and RACI matrices.
• Oversee project execution, track progress, and report status via dashboards and meetings.
• Identify and manage risks using a risk register and formal change control processes.
• Coordinate business, IT, and vendor resources; support vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Lead steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-project lessons learned and closure.

• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Proficient in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.
• Must pass BCI fingerprint background check prior to starting.

• Prior experience in PMO-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders.

• Position requires onsite presence in Columbus, OH.
• Must pass BCI fingerprint background check before starting.
