Administrative Law Research Librarian

Seeking an Administrative Law Research Librarian to support legal and administrative operations through effective management of law library resources, reference services, and research support. The role assists senior management with policy implementation and supports legal staff in the use of library systems and materials.

• Assist senior management in determining current objectives and developing long-range goals
• Establish and maintain administrative policies and procedures, including those related to the online law library index
• Implement new reference and research program activities
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the disposal of surplus or superseded law library materials
• Train and assist legal staff in the use of law library materials, facilities, and equipment
• Support legal research and document management activities

• High School Diploma or GED
• Entry-level experience with at least 1 year filing legal documents or assisting in the operation of a law library
• Familiarity with legal research materials and library systems
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to support legal staff and administrative functions

• USD $22–$32 per hour
