Are you a detail-obsessed litigator with a passion for helping families through life's toughest transitions? A respected boutique law firm in the South Sound is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their powerhouse team of advocates. If you're looking for meaningful work, a tight-knit culture, and a place where your career can thrive-you've found it.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of cases from intake to resolution, including trial
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Communicate regularly with clients and guide them with empathy
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff
• Maintain case momentum and meet billable goals (1,550 hrs/year)
• Participate in firm trainings, team meetings, and community engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• Minimum 2 years of family law or civil litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for advocacy
• Tech-savvy and confident using case management software
• Comfortable collaborating, mentoring, and delegating within a team
