Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Join a Mission-Driven Family Law Firm (Hybrid - Tacoma, WA)

A boutique family law firm in Tacoma, WA is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, meaningful work, and a vibrant, supportive culture.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong working relationships with attorneys and staff
• Connect with clients to understand their story, concerns, and goals
• Manage court calendars and deadlines to keep cases moving smoothly
• Draft pleadings, declarations, motions, and legal correspondence
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Maintain impeccably organized digital case files
• Coordinate filing, service of documents, and communication with third parties
• Provide clients with timely, compassionate updates throughout their case

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (family law experience is a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
• Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
