Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

• Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in matters involving:
  • Premises liability
  • Sexual abuse claims
  • Product liability
  • Other tort‑related disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
• Active license to practice law in Washington State
• Proven track record in handling sensitive and high‑stakes cases
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
