Job duties and essential functions are described below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator. Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Eye–hand coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements with speed.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above. Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone;

near and mid-range vision; depth perception; and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed standing; walking on ceramic tile and linoleum; work surface heights typically 36–48 inches.
• Walking:
  Short-distance walking;
• Sitting:
  Paperwork may be completed at a desk.
• Lifting/Carrying:
  Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases and supplies moved with hand truck; pizzas and ingredients carried between areas.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Pushing trays on dollies; pulling as needed.
• Climbing/Stooping/Bending:
  Occasional stairs or ladders for price changes, maintenance; frequent bending at the waist at pizza assembly and front counter.
• Crouching/Squatting/Reach:
  Stocking shelves, cleaning low areas, reaching above 72 inches for signs and oven controls.
• Hand Tasks:
  Frequent use of hands for dough handling, packaging, and tool use.

• Deliver product by car to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read addresses within the designated delivery area; ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Physical Demands:
  Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing as required during delivery.
• Driving:
  May perform several deliveries per shift within a designated delivery area.
• Walking:
  Travel between store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer location.
• Climbing:
  May require navigating five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
