The Supply Chain Associate supports the Supply Chain team by coordinating purchasing activities, outside processing (OSP), vendor communication, and ERP transactions within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, this role helps ensure materials and outside services are coordinated to support production schedules while maintaining accurate purchasing and material data.
What you'll be doing as a Supply Chain Associate:
- Working a TEMPORARY onsite position at our Fife, WA location. 3–6-month position.
- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders for raw materials, outside processing (OSP), and other operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with outside processing (OSP) activities, including tracking materials sent to and received from vendors.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, vendor, and material information within the ERP/MRP system.
- Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries to help support production schedules.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding material availability and order status.
- Assist with maintaining purchasing documentation, supplier records, and related files.
- Support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve routine purchasing and material issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):
- Experience with Global Shop ERP would be a huge plus!
- Experience in aerospace or CNC manufacturing.
- Experience coordinating outside processing (OSP) or supplier-managed services.

The Supply Chain Associate - Temp position compensation range for onsite Washington applicants is $20-26 per hour commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
