Scheduling Coordinator

• Plans and processes orders of numerous Stella-Jones locations to support supply chain needs.
• Daily order processing into network treating/production schedules.
• Coordinates and expedites priority orders.
• Assists in process improvement efforts under guidance of Master Scheduler.
• Monitors late orders and other designated KPIs.
• Maintains production targets through reporting and communication.
• Assists with the weekly production call presentation preparations.
• Collaborates with designated plant representatives and Sales to manage plant inventories and target levels.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
