The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with calculator assistance if needed.
• Make correct monetary change. Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone skills in order processing.
• Show motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° to 90° and above. Sudden temperature changes may occur in work areas while outside. Employees may be exposed to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust. Work takes place in cramped quarters, including a walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools can reach 500° or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts may be encountered.

Talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces are required. The job requires standing for most tasks, short distances walking, and occasional sitting for paperwork. Bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds and sizes up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft are lifted, and heavy items may be carried from storage to the front of the store.

Employees may be required to push or pull trays and navigate stairs or ladders. Working postures include standing, walking, crouching, squatting, reaching, and bending.

• Deliver product by car to the customer’s door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Require a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for use in delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Physical demands include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing stairs. Delivery personnel must travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
