What you’ll do
  • Oversee the entire logistics process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved service levels.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper handling and storage of products, minimizing damage and loss.
  • Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage inventory data effectively.
  • Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
  • Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable logistics support.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including inventory management and transportation.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to logistics and transportation.
Nice to have
  • Experience with international shipping and customs regulations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD).
  • Previous experience in e-commerce logistics or retail supply chain operations.
