Night shift position consisting of full‑time hours - non‑exempt.

Shift: Mon‑Fri - 40 hrs. per week

As a Floor Technician you will perform flooring projects in various buildings.

Floor Work

• Floor buffing and waxing
• Carpet cleaning
• Tile and grout scrubbing

Project Work

• Window washing
• High dusting / vent cleaning
• Floor machine maintenance and cleaning
• Commercial cleaning fill‑in
• Delivering supplies to buildings

Knowledge

• Experience operating floor equipment. Experience cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and buffing.
• Some knowledge of janitorial safety procedures & compliance of all regulations regarding chemical storage and handling.

Skills

• Reliable and hard working.

• Efficiency and time management.

Education

• High School Diploma w/ 2‑5 years experience in floor work.

Licenses & Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Auto Insurance – no more than 2 motor vehicle violations in the past 3 years

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, bending over, kneeling
• Work in both office and commercial environments (PPE use required in some locations).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensación: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
