• Tiered Performance Incentives – As you achieve higher productivity and efficiency levels, your incentive rate per sold labor hour increases.
• Higher Rate From Hour One – When you qualify for a higher performance tier, the increased incentive rate applies to ALL sold labor hours during that pay period, starting with hour one
  , not just the hours above the threshold.
• Quality Matters – Accuracy, workmanship, and completing repairs correctly the first time are essential to our incentive program.
