General Manager
Mobility Works is seeking an experienced, people-focused general manager to lead our Tacoma location. This role oversees daily operations, drives team performance, and ensures an outstanding customer experience for individuals and families seeking accessible transportation solutions.
Key Duties- Lead and develop the sales and service teams
- Oversee daily store operations and performance metrics
- Ensure high-quality customer service and problem resolution
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Maintain compliance, safety, and facility standards
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience (automotive, retail, or service preferred)
- Strong customer service and team-building skills
- Ability to manage operations, performance, and KPIs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for helping individuals with mobility needs
