Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll begin learning our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will help you master the skills needed to eventually manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

In this hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth.

We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing our customer-first culture. Our environment fosters friendly competition, which is vital for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Sales: commission sales or sales with goals/bonus potential.
• Customer Service: retail, hospitality, call center, etc.
• Leadership: management, military, athletics, clubs, or community involvement.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil violations in the last 3 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
