What You’ll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, sales tracking, and performance reviews
  • Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Toyota’s values
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to foster continuous growth
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly goals, forecasts, and strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement in CSI and overall team performance
